Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a North Island Business Development Manager. This role requires someone who can lead a team, focus on client satisfaction, and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of employees and subcontractors
- Focus on medium-to-large business clients
- Understand the building, construction, and restoration industry
- Solve daily problems and contribute to business development
Requirements:
- Asbestos Class A and B Licence
- Understanding of Building and Construction
- Prefer IICRC Certificate in Carpet Cleaning, Water Damage, Fire, Mould, and Bio Hazard
- Current New Zealand driver's Licence
- Honest and Reliable with a clean MOJ record
- Excellent Communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and IT skills
- Ability to identify people skills and develop employee programs
