Join Our Team as a North Island Business Development Manager

Overview:

Property Services Unlimited is a trusted company offering restoration, cleaning, and decontamination services in New Zealand. We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a North Island Business Development Manager. This role requires someone who can lead a team, focus on client satisfaction, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of employees and subcontractors
  • Focus on medium-to-large business clients
  • Understand the building, construction, and restoration industry
  • Solve daily problems and contribute to business development

Requirements:

  • Asbestos Class A and B Licence
  • Understanding of Building and Construction
  • Prefer IICRC Certificate in Carpet Cleaning, Water Damage, Fire, Mould, and Bio Hazard
  • Current New Zealand driver's Licence
  • Honest and Reliable with a clean MOJ record
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and IT skills
  • Ability to identify people skills and develop employee programs
