Alliance Waterproofing Ltd, a leading waterproofing specialist in New Zealand, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join their team. Key Responsibilities

• Work with and oversee a small pricing team
• Assist Project Managers with collation and negotiation of variations
• Check detailed and accurate take-offs from construction drawings and collate pricing for various projects
• Have a good understanding of construction contracts
• Assist with producing progress claims and issuing invoices
• Ensure competitive tender submissions

Technical Skills Required

The ideal candidate should have:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a QS/estimator role
• Architectural and practical experience
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

Additional Skills

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate should possess the following:

• Proven team player
• Ability to learn and adapt
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask effectively
