Key Responsibilities:

• Partnering with businesses in financial distress
• Providing technical advice

• Offering financial and strategic advice through business reviews and appraisals
• Building financial forecast models
• Handling restructuring, business turnaround, and insolvency work
• Leading formal appointments like receivership and liquidation engagements

The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate should have 4-6+ years of post-qualification experience from a Big 4 or Mid-Tier firm in service lines like Restructuring, Transaction Services/Valuations, Deals Advisory, or Forensic Services. They should hold relevant certifications such as CA, CPA, or CFA and possess strong financial modeling skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
