Role and Responsibilities:

In this role, you will have the chance to work on a diverse range of commercial disputes, including general commercial disputes, consumer, insurance, insolvency, regulatory, and IP matters. The firm appears regularly at all levels of the court system, providing you with invaluable courtroom advocacy experience. As a Senior Solicitor or Senior Associate, you will also be expected to mentor and support junior team members, showcasing your leadership skills.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have strong academics, 5-9 years of litigation experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a proactive approach to building relationships with clients. Courtroom advocacy skills and the ability to work effectively in a team are also crucial.
