Overview

The University of Auckland, located in New Zealand, is currently seeking a Senior Student Experience Coordinator to join their Student and Academic Services team. This full-time permanent position offers a range of responsibilities focused on providing exceptional customer service and support to prospective students.

Job Responsibilities

• Supporting team members through navigating complex issues
• Keeping team members informed of changes in systems and processes
• Mentoring staff
• Providing key insights for students' decision-making
• Offering programme and course advice
• Assisting with student administration
• Providing learning, careers, and general support and advice to students

Qualifications and Skills

• 3-4 years of experience in delivering high-quality customer service
• 2-4 years of experience in outbound call centers
• Experience working with diverse clients
• Ability to lead process improvement initiatives
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Active listening skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this role is $58,300 - $72,700 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
