Qualifications and Skills

  • 3-4 years of experience in delivering high-quality customer service
  • 2-4 years of experience in outbound call centers
  • Experience working with diverse clients
  • Ability to lead process improvement initiatives
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Active listening skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this role is $58,300 - $72,700 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
