Ricoh New Zealand is looking for an experienced Senior Support Engineer (L3) to lead the Managed Delivery Team (MDT) at our Auckland CBD office. In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding the future of our IT support services, mentoring junior engineers, resolving complex incidents, and bridging the gap between teams.

About You

If you are passionate about leadership, problem-solving, and making a real difference in the IT industry, this position is perfect for you. You should have 2-3 years of experience in infrastructure support, excellent communication skills, and a strong technical background in networking and Microsoft products.
