Job responsibilities:

- Own stakeholder engagement with technical and non-technical teams - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and challenges - Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements - Develop data and reporting solutions - Leverage data for decision-making and create impactful dashboards and reports - Deliver data, analytics, and reporting roadmap - Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools

Qualifications:

- Strong interpersonal and relationship skills - Ability to translate user requirements into data solutions - Experience in business analysis, report delivery, data mapping, and governance - Experience in BI tools and ERP systems like SAP (desirable)

Skills:

- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting - Familiarity with BI tools and ERP systems
