Job responsibilities

- Managing daily customer service calls and remedial work requirements - Allocating and scheduling technicians daily - Proactively communicating with all stakeholders - Arranging materials/tools for technicians - Reviewing technician timesheets and finalizing client invoices - Maintaining communication with service, accounts, and warehouse departments

Qualifications

- Preferably with a technical understanding of on-field work management - Able to enhance customer relationships - Basic knowledge of an integrated database - Ability to work alongside other departments

- Ability to be firm when required and coordinate technicians effectively - Computer literacy skills - Attention to detail - Solution-based outlook to operations
