As part of the Data & Digital team, you can be involved in the transformation of health services in the northern region of Te Whatu Ora.
Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Service Desk Analyst to join our team on a Fixed Term contract until January 2025. As a customer-focused individual, you will play a vital role in delivering services across New Zealand. Your responsibilities will include resolving client queries, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with various stakeholders.
Skills & Experience Required
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Experience working in an IT-related customer service environment
- Prior Level 1 IT support experience and knowledge of the ITIL framework
- Strong communication and administrative skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Certifications in Microsoft product support and diploma-level IT education (preferred)
