As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective support to customers and key stakeholders, including monitoring calls, incident management, and maintaining documentation.

Key Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in supporting MS Office applications
  • Experience with user provisioning tools like 'Activate'
  • Sound understanding of MS Active Directory, Exchange tools, and Citrix
  • Proficiency in remote desktop tools like Windows Remote Desktop Connection
  • Familiarity with ITIL principles
