As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective support to customers and key stakeholders, including monitoring calls, incident management, and maintaining documentation.
Key Skills Required:
- Proven experience in supporting MS Office applications
- Experience with user provisioning tools like 'Activate'
- Sound understanding of MS Active Directory, Exchange tools, and Citrix
- Proficiency in remote desktop tools like Windows Remote Desktop Connection
- Familiarity with ITIL principles
