The Role of Showroom Manager at Parnell Showroom

As the Showroom Manager at the Parnell Showroom in Central Auckland, you will be responsible for representing top brands like Bosch, Neff, and Gaggenau under the BSH umbrella. Your role will involve showcasing the intuitive design features of home appliances, catering to both luxury and everyday consumers.

Responsibilities of the Showroom Manager

• Lead and develop a team of 2 Showroom Consultants
• Identify business opportunities and drive sales targets
• Enhance the in-store experience for customers
• Provide expert product knowledge and customer service
• Assist clients in design concepts and host events
• Maintain relationships within the property development industry

Qualifications of the Ideal Candidate

• Experience in consultative sales, preferably in a premium environment
• Previous management experience in retail, hospitality, or trade showroom
• Passion for design, cooking, and kitchen products
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to deliver extraordinary customer experiences
