Job requirements:

• Proven Industry Experience of at least 10 years in Carpentry (5 years in Foreman role)
• Trade Qualified
• Full New Zealand Drivers License
• Fantastic work ethic and standards
• Excellent communication skills
• Great attention to detail
• Strong Health & Safety practices
• Experience leading a small team

Job responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Project Manager
• Performing all types of general Carpentry works, specifically in light commercial new builds
• Reading and interpreting plans and specifications
• Making adjustments where necessary
• Working with sub-contractors
• Overseeing a small team of quality Tradesmen
• Providing regular progress updates to the Project Manager

Qualifications:

• Trade Qualified

Skills:
