About the role

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s next high-end residential build. We are seeking an experienced individual who is hands-on and unafraid to dive into the work. Your role will involve overseeing site-based staff such as Leading Hands and Carpenters, driving project delivery while ensuring adherence to the project program, utilizing/updating tools like Procore and MS Project, preparing site reports, overseeing health and safety protocols, and being hands-on as needed, such as marking out areas.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in high-end residential construction is a must
• Ideally, hold an NZ Carpentry qualification
• Bring 10+ years of experience in the local Construction market
• Possess a driven mentality with a desire to prove yourself
• Excellent communication skills
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality
• Process-driven approach to work
