Overview

Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for new opportunities in Auckland? Our client, a reputable company working across various commercial sectors, is currently seeking both Intermediate and Senior Site Managers to join their team. If you have a strong tenure, commercial project experience exceeding $50M, and a drive for career development, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day guidance and accountability for the site team
• Manage multiple sites simultaneously
• Ensure projects meet quality, cost, safety, and time requirements
• Lead and motivate the team
• Foster a collaborative working environment on-site

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in commercial Site Management with a main contractor
• Experience in large-scale commercial projects exceeding $50M
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Thorough understanding of Health and Safety regulations
