### Responsibilities

As a supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing your time effectively and efficiently to ensure tasks are completed promptly. Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting site inductions - Coordinating relief cleaners - Providing hands-on coverage when required - Evaluating and reporting team performance - Leading Health and Safety meetings - Handling accident reporting - Maintaining quality assurance - Identifying and addressing workplace hazards

### Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and traits:

- Excellent leadership skills - Ability to train others effectively - Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment (training provided) - Willingness to learn and improve - Strong communication skills - Attention to detail for quality assurance - Focus on Health and Safety - Prior experience in the cleaning industry with leadership abilities - Flexibility and trustworthiness - Mature outlook - Full NZ Driver's license
