Your Role

As a Social Media/Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with the Marketing Director across multiple property brands. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing social media platforms to promote Mission Bay, engaging with customers and executing strategies for the property finance brand
• Website management using WordPress/Squarespace
• Conducting email marketing campaigns and maintaining databases
• Creating content such as photos, videos, and monthly newsletters
• Monitoring analytics, insights, and performance tracking for SEM, email marketing, and website
• Developing and optimizing marketing strategies and seeking new sources of customer data
• Building relationships with tenants, business owners, and customers of Mission Bay, The Promenade

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field. Previous experience in digital marketing and social media management is a plus.
