Job requirements:

- Strong PHP (Laravel, Symfony, or similar frameworks) experience - Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django) development experience - AWS & serverless expertise (Lambda, API Gateway, ECS) - CI/CD and containerization knowledge (Docker, GitHub, Git) - Hands-on testing experience (Pest, PHPUnit, Pytest) - Problem-solving mindset with a passion for high-quality engineering

Job responsibilities:

- Refactor and optimize PHP codebases - Build and maintain scalable backend services in PHP and Python - Implement standardized development, testing, and deployment practices - Enhance unit testing and advocate for test-driven development - Work on AWS-based serverless architectures (Lambda, API Gateway) - Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD improvements - Reduce technical debt and modernize legacy systems - Mentor team members and contribute to a strong engineering culture

Qualifications:

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field - Proven experience as a Backend Developer or similar role
