Job Description:

Join the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) as a Litigator in Auckland and work across 16 different regulatory systems. This challenging and varied role allows you to advise on and appear in proceedings before various licensing Boards, Tribunals, and Courts on civil and criminal matters. Skills and Experience Required:

• One to five years of civil and/or criminal litigation experience
• Strong legal technical skills
• Excellent communication and drafting skills
• Ability to work well with others and manage relationships effectively
• Proactive nature and enthusiasm for the role
• Tertiary qualification in law and the ability to obtain a practising certificate
