Key points:

- Experienced Chef - Senior Chef de Partie/Junior Sous level - Location: 1a Summer Street, Ponsonby - Day time hours, work-life balance, 4-5 days per week, 7:30 am start - Start date: Early to mid-January - Plant-based cuisine - Competitive pay rates - Permanent full-time role available

Job requirements:

- Proven experience in the food and hospitality industry - Interest or passion for creating healthy organic plant-based cuisine - Genuine team player - Leadership style must be organized, calm, and uplifting - Initiative, fiscally minded, experience with running a food control plan, and ability to think on your feet

Qualifications:

- Ideally someone who has been in a Sous Chef role or a Chef De Partie looking to progress - Experience in plant-based cooking is a plus

Skills:

- Ability to work in a dynamic and creative team - Passion for producing high-quality plant-based cuisine - Organizational and leadership skills - Ability to think on your feet
