We are a growing multidisciplinary practice located in Rosedale, Auckland, dedicated to providing high-quality, holistic therapy services to support our clients' needs.

Join Our Team as a Speech-Language Therapist

We are currently seeking a dynamic Speech-Language Therapist to join our team due to an increase in demand for our services. As part of our team, you will collaborate with Occupational Therapists and Literacy Specialists to deliver comprehensive therapy services to our clients.

Responsibilities and Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role will:

• Be an NZSTA registered Speech Language Therapist or eligible to be
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience
• Possess strong organizational and communication skills
• Demonstrate motivation and the ability to work independently and efficiently
• Hold the right to work and live in NZ
• Have a full driver's license

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, preparing reports and home programs, delivering individualised therapy, and monitoring client progress. Building strong relationships with clients and their families, providing clear and relatable activities, and maintaining regular communication with parents are essential aspects of this position.

Opportunity for Growth

This position initially offers 20 hours per week with the potential to transition to full-time hours for the right candidate. As Finding Voices continues to expand its services, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop within the organization.
