About the Role

As an experienced STMS, you will be based in either Henderson or Penrose, working within Ventia's Transport team. Your responsibilities will include providing traffic management in compliance with regulations, overseeing the traffic management crew, maintaining sites, and ensuring timely project delivery. You will be part of a dedicated team, working on a rostered shift pattern that may include weekends and nights.

What we are looking for in you

To excel in this role, you will need to have:

• Relevant Site Traffic Management Qualification (STMS Qualification Level 1/CAT AB STMS)
• A valid Class 2 driver's license (preferred)
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Traffic Management
• Good physical fitness and willingness to work in varying weather conditions
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to create safe work environments
