Nicole Rebstock, a rapidly growing shoe label in New Zealand with 3 stores and a strong online presence, is seeking a Store Manager to join their friendly and close-knit team.

Key Skills Required:

• Retail customer service experience
• Exceptional sales skills
• Management experience as 2IC or 1IC
• Merchandising and stock management experience
• Training and team management

Responsibilities:

• Achieving daily sales targets
• Motivating and managing a team
• Educating customers on the Nicole Rebstock brand
• Product merchandising and stock management
• Providing feedback to the team
• Growing the customer database
• Handling customer care and online orders

Requirements:

• Location: Newmarket, Auckland
• Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9:30am-5:30pm; Sat 10am-5pm
• Base Salary + Generous Bonus Program
