Position Overview

We are currently seeking individuals interested in the roofing industry to join us as waterproofing tradespeople. No prior experience is required as we are willing to train the right candidates through our apprenticeship program.

Responsibilities

• Applying waterproofing membranes to roofs, decks, and other surfaces
• Repairing and maintaining existing waterproofing systems
• Working with a team to complete projects on time and within budget
• Ensuring that all work meets high standards of quality and safety

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to work at heights
• Effective communication skills
• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally if required
• Hold a full driver's license and have reliable transportation
• Open to working outdoors in all weather conditions
