Join Our Team as a Frames and Trusses Factory Supervisor in Pukekohe

Job Details:

• Monday to Friday (sometimes Saturdays)
• Working hours: 5am/6am to 3:30pm, Saturdays 5am/6am to 10:30am
• Hourly rate: $30 - $35 (Depends upon experience)

Job Description:

• Supervise and develop good relationships with a team of 20 - 30 staff members
• Have knowledge of frames & trusses
• Operate nail gun and work on frame bench
• Read designs and do proper measurements
• Guide the team to meet daily production needs
• Focus on Health & Safety and ensure your team meets H&S requirements
• Fabricate trusses
• Guide and coach team members

About You:

• Reliable, enthusiastic, and organized with a 'can do' attitude
• Ability to plan and prioritize work effectively
• Previous building knowledge is ideal, however, exceptional supervision skills will also be considered
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Positive, committed, and hardworking team member willing to be hands-on
