Responsibilities

As a Supply Chain Coordinator at ABCorp, your role will involve: - Generating and maintaining accurate part numbers in the ERP system - Creating and completing job bags for production use - Liaising and coordinating with sales and production teams - Running and providing daily/weekly/monthly reports - Setting up and monitoring SLA and stock reports - Working on reducing obsolete stock and stock variations - Providing hands-on support to the supply chain staff - Offering backup support to the Supply Chain Manager and other team members

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess: - Previous experience in a supply chain/printing/manufacturing environment - Strong organizational and planning skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Intermediate PC skills, especially in MS Excel and Outlook - Experience with ERP systems - Ability to problem solve and work autonomously - Attention to detail and ability to lift up to 15 kgs - Forklift operating experience is advantageous - Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability
