Dev Academy is seeking a passionate individual to lead their Teaching team in delivering their web developer bootcamp. This role involves shaping the bootcamp, the organization, and contributing to the development of the next generation of developers. Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in web technologies
• Minimum 3 years' experience managing direct reports
• Experience and passion for teaching coding
• Experience in managing delivery of a product, service, or team

Desired Qualifications

It would be advantageous to have experience in hiring, managing, and supporting developers or teachers, designing formal courses, and working in cross-functional leadership teams.

Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 per year, based on experience
