Your Role as a Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst at Lion, you will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement initiatives and process development. You will report to the CX Optimisation Programme Manager, contributing to improving Lion's Customer Experience through strategic insights and efficient service performance. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and delivering CX initiatives aligned with company strategy
• Providing deep insights and advice for decision-making
• Creating ad hoc reporting to enhance service experience
• Analyzing metrics, designing reports, and driving critical business decisions
• Monitoring initiative outcomes and refining for optimization
• Collaborating with stakeholders to update process documentation
• Engaging and communicating with key stakeholders throughout projects
• Empowering team members and enhancing customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualities and qualifications:

• Solutions-focused with excellent problem-solving skills
• Experience in agile project teams and leading continuous improvement projects
• Proficiency in analysis, reporting, and stakeholder management
• Tertiary qualification in Business/IT or equivalent practical experience
