About the Role
The company is seeking a Civil Structures Team Leader to join their Auckland office. The role involves collaborating with the Structural Manager to lead and grow the Civil Structures team, providing technical expertise, project management, and solutions for various Civil and Land Development projects. Key responsibilities include overseeing structural design solutions, managing a team of engineers, and contributing to the development of infrastructure for public and private clients.
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent, 5-7+ years of experience in civil engineering, and knowledge of New Zealand building codes and standards. Strong communication, leadership, and client relationship management skills are essential. The role is suitable for individuals with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a desire to grow in their people management career.
