Auckland-based tech company is looking for a dedicated Technical Business Analyst to drive organizational intelligence and growth through data leveraging.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and scope technical initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders and engineers.
• Participate in system design discussions, advocating modern approaches.
• Implement lean development practices for efficient product development.
• Represent the Technology Unit in senior leadership working groups.

Requirements

• Background in software/data engineering, data science, or analytics with hands-on development experience.
• Experience in product-driven environments with a strong understanding of the product life cycle.
• Proven track record of working closely with small teams of engineers and implementing modern system design approaches.
