About the Role

We are on the lookout for a passionate Content Specialist (AEM) to join a reputable organization in AU/NZ and play a crucial role in shaping its digital presence. The position is set to commence in June 2024. As a key member of a dynamic cross-functional team, you will be responsible for crafting and overseeing the content strategy to ensure captivating digital assets across various touchpoints and brands.

Responsibilities Include

  • Managing day-to-day digital production operations to ensure timely content publishing and seamless business operations.
  • Empowering teams to create end-to-end digital experiences for customers utilizing digital CMS environments, specifically Adobe AEM.
  • Monitoring analytics, customer feedback, industry trends, and emerging technologies to identify and prioritize digital initiatives.
  • Supporting new site development and executing content production tasks while consistently improving site quality and monitoring digital content effectiveness.

Required Experience, Capabilities & Skills

  • 2-4 years of experience in maintaining digital content, with a focus on websites and applications.
  • Prior exposure to Adobe Experience Manager or similar CMS systems such as WordPress, Drupal, or Wix.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in editing and publishing digital content.

Desired Qualifications

  • Background in Journalism, Business, Digital Marketing, or Media at a tertiary level.
  • Emphasis on customer value and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience working in large enterprise environments or digital/technology-based companies.
  • Effective collaboration skills and a strong focus on teamwork.
  • High work ethic with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The role comes with competitive remuneration, weekly pay, a 6-month initial contract, and a hybrid working model (2-3 days in the Auckland CBD office).
