Role Overview

This position offers a unique blend of hands-on technical work and leadership responsibilities. As a Tech Lead, you will lead software development activities, work with your team to develop and maintain backend and frontend code, and contribute to the design of end-to-end solutions.

Skills and Experience

• Proven practical experience with .NET, React, and TypeScript
• Deep experience with React components like React Data Grid and Material UI (MUI)
• Extensive experience with the MS Stack
• Confident and able to take initiative in a delivery-focused environment
• Ability to provide technical leadership and mentoring
• Experience working within the legal industry or with financial management software is a bonus

Location: Auckland CBD
Salary: NZD 160,000 - 180,000 per annum (up to $180K)
