- Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 5 years of refrigeration/HVAC/Heating & Cooling Systems technical sales experience
- Positive attitude, driven, and results-focused
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment

Compensation:
The role offers a total remuneration range of $95,000 to $120,000, plus company benefits including a bonus scheme and car allowance for the right candidate.
