Job Description:

RNZ, New Zealand's award-winning public media company, is looking for a Support Team Leader to enable staff to deliver trusted content and shape the future of our technology journey. Join us in strengthening Aotearoa and the Pacific through informative, challenging, and entertaining content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely support to RNZ staff for efficient content delivery
  • Uplift support function to be customer-centric and efficient
  • Collaborate with the technology team to train users on systems
  • Ensure IT systems align with RNZ strategic goals
  • Lead and develop the support team

Requirements:

  • MCSE or other IT qualifications preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Linux, and Mac environments
  • Prior experience leading 24/7 support in a complex environment
  • Ability to provide timely solutions to challenges
  • Media/broadcast industry experience is a plus
