Temporary Assignment Details

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our successful business in Manukau for a temporary assignment from mid-July to mid-November. This is a great opportunity to work in a fantastic team environment while providing essential services.

Key Responsibilities

As our administration star, you will be responsible for:

  • Making and receiving calls
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite
  • Liaising with internal and external customers
  • Updating databases
  • Ordering RUC’s and REGO’s
  • Updating fleet folders and spreadsheets
  • Sending parcels
  • Maintaining the asset register

Are You the Right Fit?

The ideal candidate for this position is a team player with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Excel, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude are essential.
