The Role

Sky is seeking a dynamic Personal Assistant to support the Executive team. As the right hand to our leaders, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward. Key responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating diary operations, handling inbox management, making travel arrangements, and upholding health and safety standards. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and ready to thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!

What You Will Bring

Essential:

• 3+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Legal right to work in New Zealand
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
• Good interpersonal skills

Preferred:

• Experience supporting multiple senior leaders simultaneously
• Previous experience in a highly dynamic organization
