Key Responsibilities:

• Project management of tenancy fit-out process
• Ensure compliance with Kiwi Property standards and Health & Safety practices
• Stakeholder communications and management
• End-to-end monitoring of tenancy fit-out projects
• Maintain tenancy fit-out documentation

Essential Experience:

• Proven project management skills
• 5+ years of retail fit-out and construction project experience
• Strong relationship management and communication skills
• People management and leadership experience
