About the Role

This role involves being a key advisor, influencer, and playing a crucial role in growing business in both retail and trade spaces.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers, driving sales opportunities, and representing the brand.
• Build trust and influence customers by demonstrating a strong understanding of data, category management principles, products, and market knowledge.
• Execute strategies to create demand, achieve sales targets, and KPIs.
• Effectively manage and plan your time to maintain customer visits and call cycles.
• Identify and maximize in-store growth opportunities.

Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated sales experience in hardware/trade sales, FMCG, or similar.
• Ability to manage customer relationships, build rapport, and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a high level of business acumen.
• Ability to use data to drive business outcomes, experience with CRM systems is ideal.
