Position Overview

The Territory Manager based in Mount Wellington, New Zealand, will report to the National Sales Manager, Refinish. The role involves increasing sales, ensuring profitability, and supporting the New Zealand Refinish business by promoting the usage of PPG products in the assigned areas.

Responsibilities

• Adhering to EH&S regulations for safe work practices
• Achieving monthly sales targets and growing market share
• Monitoring performance of Distributors and Direct accounts
• Providing technical support and advice to customers
• Conducting training activities for distributors and staff
• Managing expense areas and seeking approvals

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in the Refinish industry
• Previous sales experience and strong customer focus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills
