This trial offers kaimahi the chance to retain 100% of their pay while working 80% of the time, all while continuing to deliver exceptional services.

About the Role

In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing intensive clinical treatment services to children, young people, and their families with complex mental health, behavioral, and emotional needs. You will be working with families across the Auckland region, delivering the evidence-based Functional Family Therapy model to enable these individuals to thrive in their communities.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or psychotherapy. Additionally, possessing a high level of resilience, a clean driver's license, and a willingness to undergo necessary checks and vetting are essential. Embracing tikanga Māori, having a passion for helping young people, and understanding the impacts of colonization are also key attributes we are looking for.
