About the Role

As part of the Gippsland Supporting Recovery Program, you will be responsible for delivering trauma-informed mental health care services, including psychological therapies and social interventions, to support victim-survivors in their long-term recovery. Key responsibilities include collaborating with other services, engaging in community awareness activities, and providing evidence-based care to those in need.

Key Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in psychology, social work, or counselling
  • Experience in family violence or mental health services
  • Ability to deliver trauma-informed care
  • Knowledge of evidenced-based therapeutic modalities
  • Training in risk assessment and the MARAM Framework
  • Current Driver’s Licence
  • Registration or eligibility with AHPRA, AASW, or PACFA
  • Current Working with Children Check
