Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support Youthline counsellors - Foster a culture of clinical excellence and innovation - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders - Oversee a team of direct reports, interns, and contractors - Lead change management initiatives - Manage financial and budgetary aspects - Ensure the delivery of high-quality care to clients - Optimize operational service delivery and planning

Requirements

- Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Counselling, Psychotherapy, or Psychology) - Full registration with a recognized New Zealand Membership Body - Extensive senior management experience in the Mental Health Sector - Strong clinical networks and experience in high-risk settings - Change management and project management experience - Financial and budget management experience - Effective relationship and team management skills - Knowledge of priority mental health groups
