The Opportunity

Axis Sports Medicine is seeking a Quality & Service Delivery Manager to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of People & Performance to drive improvements in service quality and productivity. You will collaborate with stakeholders to develop new service offerings and ensure the highest standards of efficiency and effectiveness across clinical and rehabilitation services. This position offers the opportunity to lead a rapidly growing team and make a significant impact on the delivery of patient care.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a practicing clinician
• Industry experience in business operations and service delivery
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Quality and change management experience
