Job responsibilities
- Manage travel reservations, logistical arrangements, and operations of tours - Coordinate sports tours including liaising with host teams, venues, and coaches - Act as a point of contact for global supplier network - Ensure health & safety compliance and champion mission-aligned suppliers - Collaborate on impact initiatives such as carbon management and animal welfare - Organize and support Tour Guides and Road Crew team
Qualifications
- Experience in education and sports tourism industry desired - Passion for making a genuine impact and contributing to growth - Geographical knowledge and travel experience helpful - Commitment to personal and professional development
