Role Purpose

As a Transport Scheduler Optimizer, your responsibilities will include managing transport orders, allocating carriers, optimizing scheduling, route planning, and load building using the Transport Management System (TMS). You will also focus on delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Ideal Person Specification

The ideal candidate for this role will have knowledge of the New Zealand road transport industry, experience in transport order management systems, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a customer-centric approach. Self-management under pressure and decision-making skills are also essential.
