Turn Coordinator - Flight Operations - Full-time Job

Overview

Menzies Aviation at Auckland International Airport is seeking Turn Coordinators to ensure on-time performance for airline customers. This part-time position requires a minimum of 30 hours per week, offering an opportunity to be part of the Flight Operations team.

Responsibilities

• Meet arrivals and departures, ensuring on-time performance
• Liaise with various departments to facilitate smooth flight turnover
• Communicate with operations and airlines in case of issues
• Comply with regulations and report safety concerns
• Manage flight updates and documentation

Requirements

• NZ Full Driver's License and reliable transport
• Legal right to work in New Zealand
• Availability for a rotating roster, including weekends and holidays
• Positive attitude, people skills, and customer focus
• Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems proactively
