The Role

We are seeking a sourcing specialist to join our supply chain team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and contributing to material planning and supplier quality management. Key responsibilities include setting up industry best practices, negotiating contracts, and monitoring deliveries.

About You

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in sourcing, planning, or purchasing in electronics manufacturing or a similar industry. A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and experience with MRP and ERP systems are required. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication abilities are essential for success in this role.
