We are looking for a Voice of the Customer (VOC) Programme Implementation Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in managing our VOC programme using Qualtrics. Your main responsibilities will include configuring surveys, automating processes, analyzing data, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of insights gathered.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Customize and configure Qualtrics surveys and dashboards
- Implement automation processes using internal data triggers
- Validate data using SQL for accuracy
- Develop and maintain data collection processes
- Conduct data quality checks and troubleshoot issues
- Stay updated on industry best practices
- Document processes and findings for transparency
Skills and Requirements
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, or Data Science
- 3+ years of experience with Qualtrics or similar survey platforms
- Proficiency in SQL for data validation
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of tax or accounting principles (a plus)
