Job Description: Group Aftersales Trainer

The Group Aftersales team at Volkswagen Group focuses on providing exceptional customer experiences for owners of Volkswagen, Škoda, CUPRA, and Audi vehicles. They collaborate closely with the dealer network to ensure high-quality vehicle servicing, repairs, maintenance, spare parts, accessories, technical support, and customer care.

Role Overview

Are you an experienced Master technician looking to transition from hands-on work or an adept trainer contemplating a move to Australia? This role offers a unique opportunity to work in Sydney at the head office and directly with dealers. The position requires expertise in training, learning and development programs within the automotive industry, particularly with Volkswagen Group brands.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, deliver, and assess technical training courses as per Volkswagen Group standards.
• Maintain accurate records of student enrollment, participation, and outcomes.
• Identify learning needs within the dealer network and develop tailored training materials.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders for logistical support.
• Comply with workplace health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Qualification in training or learning and development.
• Qualified Motor technician or relevant technical mechanical experience with VW Group brands.
• Passion for the automotive industry and familiarity with VW Group products.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Computer literacy with exposure to learning management systems.
