Job Description

The Night Shift Production Supervisor role at GWF's Wiri bakery involves overseeing operations at the Bun & Roll and Big Ben Pies departments, managing a team of approximately 70-90 members. The position requires a motivated leader with a fresh perspective and continuous improvement mindset to drive productivity and quality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily production targets are met while upholding health, safety, and food quality standards.
• Manage team performance, including payroll, leave, and addressing any issues promptly.
• Focus on staff development, training, and continuous improvement projects.
• Drive initiatives for safety, quality, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.

Skills & Experience

• Prior experience in team leadership within a manufacturing environment, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Continuous Improvement methodologies and SAP/MRP processes is advantageous.
