Are you a seasoned professional in warehouse operations looking to take the next step in your career? Our client, a prominent logistics solutions provider in the health sector, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of 10-14 individuals at their Mangere location near the airport.

The Role:

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the warehouse operations to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to compliance standards. Your responsibilities will include managing stock administration, ensuring compliance with SOPs and Work Instructions, supervising staff, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Duties:

• Manage stock administration to ensure seamless flow of stock through various warehouse areas.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and WIs by implementing necessary processes.
• Supervise and train staff, approve overtime, and conduct yearly appraisals.
• Handle reporting and record-keeping duties, including monthly reporting, KPI results, and cycle-counts.
• Maintain health and safety standards by following company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in warehouse supervisory roles, preferably in FMCG or health environments.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to health and safety regulations.
